What is The Little Legs Walk?
Join The Gro Company on the 30th September 2017 from 9am – 1pm for a wild adventure at Haldon Forest Park, Exeter!
Whether you’re pushing a pram, riding on your grown-up’s shoulders, holding tight to a little hand, stomping in puddles or running from tree to tree, join us for a fundraising walk and fun day to raise money for The Lullaby Trust.
By joining in with the Little Legs Walk you will be supporting The Lullaby Trust, the leading UK charity dedicated to the research and prevention of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). The Charity provides specialist support for bereaved families, promotes expert advice on safer sleep, as well as supporting research to understand why five babies a week still die from SIDS.
What is happening on the day?
Grab your friends and family and head up to Haldon Hill and come together between 9am and 1pm on 30th September to walk the “Gruffalo Trail”, a gentle 1.5 mile path through tall trees and rolling countryside. Bring out your little ones inner nature detective with the fun filled activity pack, suitable for all ages, which is included in the entry cost.
When you’ve discovered the treasures the forest has to offer, head back to the Haldon Ridge Studio to grab your little ones a drink and snack (Included with ticket). Enjoy creating owl masks at the craft table, get your face painted, visit a selection of other stalls and jump about on the bouncy castle.
There’s even an opportunity to buy all of your favourite Gro Products at a discounted rate! There will be a lot of your favourite Grobag designs, plus lots of others for you to choose from. What’s even better is that all of the proceeds from the sale and all other fundraising activities go to The Lullaby Trust.
